An investment professional with a wide range of experience, Jeff Drobny currently serves as the chief investment officer of fixed income trading activity at Black River Asset Management, a subsidiary of Cargill. One of four principals, he leads the firm's commodity-related and relative value hedge fund businesses. Additionally, Jeff Drobny helped build Cargill's North American Fixed Income Arbitrage trading division, which served as the foundation for Black River's fixed income relative value strategies business.
Mr. Drobny joined Cargill's Financial Markets Group in London prior to becoming a principal at Black River, where Jeff Drobny oversaw risk management for Cargill's Directional and Relative Value Fixed Income trading business in the United States.
Mr. Drobny earned his bachelor's degree in economics from Union College and his master of business administration from the Kellog School of Management at Northwestern University.
